"What
better way to celebrate your work by having its beauty
available as a Jigsaw Puzzle for adults and children
alike to enjoy."
Photogaphers Wanted - The Opportunity
If you are a keen Photographer
or Graphic Artist and think you can equal or better
the images found in our Gallery, then we want to hear
from you. We offer you the chance to sell your photos,
make money and at the same time, obtain recognition
for your work.
How you make money selling
Photographs
Jigsaw2order offers you the chance to have your photos
or digital artworks included in our Image Gallery
and earn a royalty each time someone chooses your
image for a Jigsaw Puzzle. If your image is chosen,
you earn a royalty calculated as a percentage of the
sales price of the puzzle. So what’s the royalty
percentage? Well that depends on how many images you
have contributed to our gallery.

Our objective is to encourage you to submit as many
of your top photos as possible. The more great photos
we have in our Gallery, the more choice our customers
will have and the more money you make.
How you get paid
Each time someone buys a jigsaw puzzle with one of
your images, you earn a royalty based on the net sales
price of the puzzle after any discounts, times your
royalty percentage. The amount you earn from a sale
is posted to your account after the sale has been
completed and payment received from the customer.
Once the balance on your account reaches $100 or more,
we will make payment to you. The method of payment
will be by a bank draft made out in your name.
How you find out your Account
Balance
We have developed a dedicated web site for our Contributors
and Image Owners. At any time, you can login and check
your account balance and see how much money you have
made. In addition, you can see all your images, their
popularity (ie. how many times they have been viewed);
and change or add keywords associated with these images.
What type of Images are we
looking for?
Not all images make good Jigsaw Puzzles. What we are
looking for are images which are composed well with
lots of detail and incorporate interesting subjects.
No one wants to make a puzzle with vast areas of blue
sky or dark areas. Typically, a good puzzle image
with have a point of interest in both the foreground
and background and must be technically sound with
good focus, exposure and colour.
Subject wise, we are open to any subject or view which
would make a good Jigsaw Puzzle. Some examples are:
Picturesque landscapes, street scenes, famous landmarks
and architecture, interesting people, colourful objects
such as cars, trains, planes, flowers, or buildings;
set-piece pictures, nature shots of animals or birds.
You get the idea!
Digital
Artists - we are also interested in
your work. Any artistic compositions that you have
that you think would make a great puzzle are also
welcome.
How you get started with us
First things first, you have to tell us who you are
and something about your interest in photography and
art. Secondly, we will ask you to send us low-res
versions of the images that you are interested to
contribute. We will review these for content and quality
and if suitable, invite you to join us as a contributor.
You will then need to sign a basic agreement with
us covering areas such as copyright and giving us
the right to represent your image.
Once you have been accepted as a contributor, you
will need to send us either a CDROM with hi-res scans
of the images that have been selected; or the original
negatives or slides associated with these images.
We will then take hi-res copies of the images and
keep them safe until we receive an order for a puzzle.
Your image will be added to our on-line Image Gallery
and you will be credited as the photographer associated
with the image.
At any time, you can instruct us to remove the image
from our gallery and cancel your agreement with us.
Please note, there is NO cost to you to become a contributor.
