Production Time
Once we have a suitable image file and your confirmed order, we need between 5-8 days to manufacture your Photo Puzzle. For Photo Collage Puzzles, add another 5-7 days to this for the design and approval of the Photo Collage.

Shipping Policy
Our objective is to keep shipping costs as low as possible while using only safe and secure methods to deliver your order. We generally ship orders by USPS and FedEx. When the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipping details including any tracking number that is available. If the order is shipped by FedEx, you will require you to sign for your package upon delivery so as to record who received it and when it was delivered. Typically transit time for an order is 3-7 days depending upon your delivery location.

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based upon your location and the quantity of puzzles you have ordered. Typically the cost of shipping to an address in the continental USA will be US$13.50.

Shipping to Hotels and PO Boxes
Sorry, we are unable to ship order to PO Boxes or Hotel addresses. Please provide the address of a building or office together with a shipping contact number.

Customs, Duty and international shipping
Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.
