1. What is the delivery
time for a custom Jigsaw Puzzle?
We need 6-8 business days (ie. not including
weekends) to produce your Jigsaw Puzzle although
this may take a few extra days during busy holiday
periods. Once your order is ready, we need a further 3-4
days to pack and ship it to you.
2. Will you ship internationally?
Yes, we accept orders from most countries and will ship internationally.
3. What is the largest
Jigsaw Puzzle you make?
We can produce a 1500 piece puzzle which is 24in x 33.5in in size. You do however need a good quality
(high resolution) image to produce a Jigsaw Puzzle of this size.
4. Can I order multiple
copies of the same puzzle?
Yes, we can produce as many copies of a Jigsaw Puzzle
as you want. If you plan to order over 10 puzzles,
send us an e-mail with your requirements and we
will quote you a price.
5. Can I buy Jigsaw
Puzzles from you to re-sell?
Yes, we are happy to work with companies and individuals
who would like to resell our puzzles. Please contact
us for more details.
6. What is the best
way to send you my images or artwork?
You can send your images or artwork to us in a number
of ways:
- If you already have a digital image file, either from a digital camera or from scanning a photo yourself, you can either upload this to us at the time of placing your order, or send it to us on CD-ROM.
- If you have a print, send this to us and we will
scan and create a digital image file from it. Please
note, you may be restricted to the size of Puzzle
you can obtain from a print depending on its quality.
- If you have a painting or other original artwork
that you want to use to produce a Jigsaw Puzzle,
the easiest way is to take a photograph of the artwork
and send us the digital image file or print. This keeps your artwork safe.
- Please note that we do not accept negatives or film positives.
7. My image file is too large to e-mail. Is there another way I can send it to you?
Yes. You can try using www.sendthisfile.com or www.yousendit.com. These are free services that allow you to send large files over the internet easily and quickly.
